Well, some wires got crossed and It ended up not happening. Instead we just grabbed a bite to eat at Thai Toms (excellent Thai food), walking around the U-district and getting coffee. It's been a while since I've spent time in Seattle, not sure why I don't go up there more often. Had a really good time. We ended up meeting at Heather's house and going to a nearby park for Alana's photo shoot. She took pictures while I played Angry Birds and tended to Adele. Can't believe that Alana got me to dance at a wedding, in front of my staff and other coworkers... I find myself having a lot of fun with her, doing things that I previously didn't like or wasn't comfortable with. More awesomeness. Afterwards we grabbed a drink at the 1022 and ran into Robb, Dawn, Rhi and Ray. Sun burned, sweaty and tired, Off to Leavenworth for brats, beer and ice cream. Had a great drive home, few things can explain how good I'm feeling, awesome trip and I get to reconnect with an amazing girl. First, shower, rest and hangout with friends over at Heather's. Brett and I headed back to Snow Lake. The weather was great, we swam and basked like iguanas. We were talking about the next trip and I decided to grab my phone to check the calendar. How the hell did I get a cell signal? I started receiving texts! Got a few from Alana that I had to reply to. Felt like a major dork doing this but I also attempted to send a picture.
